StorYoga™ integrates yoga postures into original stories creating a truly interactive journey of the imagination. Movement, music, magical effects, and a little bit of mischief merge with the traditions of storytelling and yoga in a unique and innovative way. StorYoga™ is a 45 minute adventure geared specifically to the age and composition of each audience.
A student of yoga for more than 20 years, I am a certified yoga instructor in the Sivananda style of Hatha yoga. I have taught yoga at The Yoga Warehouse, St. Mark's Episcopal School and Broward College (Young People's Summer College) as well as numerous corporate locations.
